The Davis Wetlands located in East Davis, Ca offers every hiker a serene nature hike that will treat residents to nature within the city.
This hiking trail is fit for any level hiker, as most of it is flat. The park is maintained by the city's Parks and Recreation department, therefore the hours change based on the season.
Dates and Hours:
- February 15th through August 31st, 7 days/week 7AM-1PM
- September 1st through February 15th, Mondays, 7AM-1PM

The trail will give all of its takers a unique perspective view of the natural habitat and wildlife that reside in the Delta region. Hikers should wear sunscreen, bring a camera, and friends to enjoy this leisurely hike in Davis, CA. The best time of year to hike this trail is early Fall through mid-winter. To reach the wetlands you will walk about one mile passed the water plant and then the trail circles the wetlands, which is around three to four miles. Happy Hiking!!!
