- 2 scoops vanilla flavored breakfast drink mix(like Carnation)
- 1 small sweet potato, baked, peeled, and cooled down
- 1 cup skim milk(or soy milk)
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of pumpkin spices
1. Chop the sweet potato into quarters or smaller
2. In a blender, blend all of the ingredients together until it is smooth.
