- 1-2 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- olive oil
- Chop the sweet potatoes into small "fry" wedges.
- In a large bowl add the sweet potatoes and just enough olive oil to coat.
- Toss in the spices. Toss to coat.
- Turn the broiler on. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the wedges out.
- Broil for 10 minutes, turning half-way.
