I decided right then and there that I would go home and purchase everything off Amazon and make some anti-aging serum myself. I'm not wrinkled or anything, but I am thirty and I am trying to be proactive about this whole aging business. I'm in the sun a lot (wearing SPF 50!) and my mother kept us in the sun most of our youth without sunscreen...so I know the wrinkles are coming. Hence, my desire to keep the skin on a roll and steady downhill pace toward lookin' like Nanny.
I have a few skincare books at home, so I picked the ingredients that I knew worked with my skin and came up with this bad boy:
- 1 teaspoon jojoba oil
- 1 teaspoon apricot oil
- 2 drops carrot seed oil
- 1 teaspoon rosehip seed oil
Simply mix it up and put it in a dropper bottle or ball jar or whatever you have on hand. Keep in the fridge. I add 2-3 drops of this to my face every night...I mix mine into cocoa butter because I am addicted to my cocoa butter lotion. I've added the Amazon Prime banner below because you can try it for FREE to get the oils you need and cancel before the 30 days is up.
